Cyanotec Ltd (trading as theglueshop.co.uk) offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of the delivery date of your item.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if the item is damaged in any other way.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@theglueshop.co.uk or fill out the returns form. Returns should be sent to: Cyanotec Ltd, Bay 2 Building 62, Third Avenue, Pensnett Trading Estate, Kingswinford, West Midlands, DY6 7XT. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Instructions on how and where to send the package will be provided upon approval of the return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues such as defects, damage, or incorrect items received.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and making a new purchase. 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.
